in Monfalcone, Italy. And yesterday, on December 21, she was officially named in Miami, Florida.

Can you guess who named the company’s newest liner? Of course, she was named by a world’s famous actress and singer Sophia Loren, who is the Godmother of all the MSC liners.
Incredible celebration, fantastic performance, renowned guests, numerous surprises, and even more – not only friends of MSC but the entire cruise world will remember this momentous event.

We remind you that MSC Cruises officially took the delivery of MSC Seaside on November 29. Next day, on November 30, the company celebrated the official launch of its groundbreaking ship in Trieste, Italy. She departed on her 21 Day maiden sailing on December 1 and visited numerous ports of call in Europe and the Caribbean. Yesterday, on December 21, her exciting adventure ended in Miami, her current homeport. MSC Seaside will operate the Caribbean sailings throughout the year.
