Probably, it’s one of the most important events for Princess Cruises 2017! The company’s innovative vessel reached the final destination of her breathtaking 49-night long sailing! She arrived in Shanghai, China on 7/09, and Yao Ming together with his wife, Ye Li officially named the liner.
The naming ceremony took place on board Majestic Princess. Yao Ming and Ye Li, the China's famous basketball players, served as Naming Ambassadors. This momentous event was also attended by many Carnival Corporation's and Princess Cruises' authorities, travel agents, media representatives, and others.
The 1st ever Majestic Princess adventure from Shanghai begins today, on 7/11. The cruise liner takes over 3,500 passengers to several welcoming destinations.

Majestic Princess joined the Princess Cruises ships in the spring of the current year. She departed on her maiden voyage on 4/04 from Rome, Italy. Then she took her guests on several Europe sailings and left Rome for the mind-blowing adventure towards her home port calling at 22 ports in different parts of the planet.
We remind you that the vessel was designed specifically for the Chinese market. Nevertheless,

the company intends to send Majestic Princess to the port of Sydney, Australia

already in the fall of 2018 for the whole sailing season! No doubt the cruise company has many other surprises for all cruise lovers around the world!
