March 2nd is coming. It is the day when the beautiful
MSC Bellissima cruise ship
will be officially named. We are just one step away from this momentous event, and we’d like to check how things are going with this groundbreaking representative of MSC Cruises. Source: MSC Cruises/Facebook
Well, for starters, let’s talk about the ship and her general characteristics.
MSC Bellissima will become the second member of the cruise line’s Meraviglia family of liners. The vessel will have a tonnage of 171,598 GT, 18 decks, 2,244 staterooms and will accommodate 4,500 cruise lovers.
The vessel’s onboard amenities will include 12 dining venues and 20 bars for every taste, pools, an aquapark, bowling, F1 simulators, a theater, spa, gym, and many others. Besides, MSC Bellissima will have the longest LED dome at sea, and we will see it a bit later today.
By the way, all the liner’s guests will be able to meet Zoe, the industry’s first digital cruise personal assistant that was recently presented by the company.
Now let’s go back a little to see how this all started.

We just can’t help but share this video of MSC Cruises:
MSC Bellissima is expected to join her fleet on February 27. That’s when another groundbreaking liner will become part of the large cruise family.
