Sky Tower.

 According to the World Federation of Great Towers, Sky Tower ranks number 15.

The observation deck of the tower is 721 feet (220 meters) high; the floor of the deck is made of glass, allowing visitors to take in how high they are standing. However it is completely safe, 1 inch (38-mm) of the reinforced glass exceeds the durability of a concrete floor:
