Potential Tropical Cyclone Two is expected to become the first hurricane of the 2019 Atlantic season. Formed in the Gulf of Mexico near New Orleans, it has forced Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Valor to dock today in the port of Mobile, instead of New Orleans. According to the company’s statement, the liner’s July 11 cruise will begin in Mobile and end in New Orleans.
